NetScaler VPN 10.5 Authentication Error Started by Matt Hoak , 07 November 2014 - 03:00 PM Login to Reply 9 replies to this topic Matt Hoak Members #1 Matt Hoak 1 posts Posted 07 November 2014 - 03:00 PM http://discussions.citrix.com/topic/357682-netscaler-vpn-105-authentication-error/ So i'm in the middle of setting up my first NetScaler, and it's been a challenge. I've reached the point where the virtual appliance is up, and the external URL is getting me to my StoreFront login page, but i'm having some authentication issues. When I try to log in with AD credentials i'm getting the following message: No active policy is found in Primary authentication cascade Please contact your administrator. My StoreFront server is working fine, I can log in to it using the internal URL and access aplications, I just can't get the Netscaler working. I wasn't able to find much about the error online so I have a ticket open with Citrix Support, but if someone can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated. 1337-357682-1842526 Back to top Carl Stalhood CTP Member #2 Carl Stalhood 9,849 posts P

I saw a post earlier on here that dealt with internal vs external authentication. I have verified and reverified that the radius keys are correct and that IP is correct 0 LVL 5 Overall: Level 5 Networking 2 Message Accepted Solution by:ravisimpi2006-05-08 I once heard my friend mention about this problem. I advised him to check wether his Radius Server configurations were correct. After checking he told that the conf are correct. And I advised him to remove the configuration and reconfigure the Radius server. He called me back and gave me a treat. Hope to get a treat from you too.. *Smiles* Peace and Health Ravi Simpi 0 Write Comment First Name Please enter a fir
