I usually get some results by re-initializing the system by pulling out the yellow shipping fuse in the under dash fuse box just in front of your left knee. It has two small fuses n it. Pull it out ( it will stop by itself as the yellow plastic holder has small tabs to prevent it from coming right out completely) and wait about 2 minutes before pushing the fuses back in. You will see the radio display show some stuff then go off. turn your key on and see it the radio/cd is working properly now. Most of the time this works. Sometimes, the radio needs to be replaced. Ok, so I edit registry and followed a online routine by doing something with the registry.I then performed the Packard Bell factory destructive recovery and all back to normal, 2 weeks later it all happen
