Instead of: NameVirtualHost *:80 ..you have: NameVirtualHost *:80/ Since the port section isn't pure numbers, instead of seeing * as the host part, it thinks *:80/ is a hostname (and :80 is the implied default port, for a config of *:80\:80). Fix that and you should be ok. share|improve this answer answered May 9 '12 at 20:46 Shane Madden♦ 91.1k6107181 add a comment| Your Answer draft saved draft discarded Sign up or log in Sign up using Google Sign up using Facebook Sign up using Email and Password Post as a guest Name Email Post as a guest Name Email discard By posting your answer, you agree to the privacy policy and term

Those are different local sites, with domains which are set in my /etc/hosts: 127.0.0.1 localhost 127.0.0.1 agroplasticos.dev 127.0.0.1 resources.dev 127.0.1.1 luismasuelli-inspiron14 # The following lines are desirable for IPv6 capable hosts ::1 ip6-localhost ip6-loopback fe00::0 ip6-localnet ff00::0 ip6-mcastprefix ff02::1 ip6-allnodes ff02::2 ip6-allrouters Where the agroplasticos.dev and resources.dev sites were created by me, and the previous settings were set by default. For localhost, agroplasticos.dev, and resources.dev, I have site entries in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled directory (only those 3 entries exist in this directory), which are links to the corresponding files in /etc/apache2/sites-available: agroplasticos.dev looks like:
name .. ignoring! Discussion in 'Plesk 10.x for Linux Issues, Fixes, How-To' started by SalvadorS, Aug 26, 2012. SalvadorS Mega Poster Messages: 237 Hello, I have a big problem today with a server with plesk 10.4.4. I delete a domain name (as simple as this) and the server goes to 100% CPU, load goes crazy. I wait 60´and I have to restart the server. When I restarted the server no access from outside. No web, no mail, no ssh, nothing.... If I access locally to ssh and try to restat the server I receive this error: [Sun Aug 26 14:29:01 2012] [error] (EAI 9) Address family for hostname not supported: Could not resolve host name xxx.yyy.zzz.ttt .. ignoring! xxx.yyy.zzz.ttt is the IP of the server The error is repeated a lot of times (one per domain hosted I think) I need urgent help as I can´t have the server online. Thanks a lot SalvadorS, Aug 26, 2012 #1 IgorG Odin Team Messages: 19,081 Please try repairing ALL vhosts with /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all and restart Apache after that. IgorG, Aug 26, 2012 #2 SalvadorS Mega Poster Messages: 237 Dear Igor, Thanks a lot. That was the final step to fix the problem. The domain I deleted have a static IP asociated. I don´t know why but plesk modify the file interfaces and add a wrong interface (wrong and duplicate). So when I reboot the server interfaces didn´t load. I manually modify the file, then: ifup eth0 Then repair all vhosts and worked. Easy to read, 6 hours to underestand the problem and fixing... I have installed Pagespeed of Google but still is not working when trying to put that data to configure jumps that error. Please Help!!! Thank you very much. Tize, Mar 2
