I had to install a new version of the .NET framework. After installing .NET framework 3.0 from the Microsoft Updates page, I restarted my computer. Upon reaching the desktop, the ATI Catalyst Control Center would not open, giving me the message: Cannot load file or assembly 'CLI.implementation, Version=2.0.2693.36850, culture=neutral, publickeytoken=90ba9c70f846762e' or one of it's dependencies. The system cannot find the file could not specified. I'm really not savvy with this stuff, and I have no idea what to do. What I did was uninstall the catalyst control and also used the ati uninstall utility. After reboot I reinstalled catalyst and drivers and now working.
