I downloaded I20060208-0848 to get in sync with GMF team. When org osgi framework bundleexception could not resolve module org eclipse ant launching i try to run it i've got a problem with the oe.core.runtime.compatibility_1.0.0 fragment. The start of the #####.log file in the configuration directory is at the end of the post. The error is: org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Error converting plugin at /usr/local/eclipse-I20060208-0848/plugins/org.eclipse.core.r untime.compatibility.registry_1.0.0. It seems it thinks it is a plugin. Or maybe that it has to be converted to the new plugin format. Is it because the oe.equinox.registry has version 3.2.0.xxx and that the fragment declares: Manifest-Version: 1.0 Bundle-ManifestVersion: 2 Bundle-Name: %fragmentName Bundle-SymbolicName: org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility.registry Bundle-Version: 1.0.0 Bundle-Vendor: %providerName Fragment-Host: org.eclipse.equinox.registry Bundle-Localization: fragment Eclipse-PatchFragment: true Bundle-ClassPath: runtime_registry_compatibility.jar Any ideas ? Thanks for the help! Didier. !SESSION 2006-02-11 13:35:37.562 ----------------------------------------------- eclipse.buildId=I20060208-0848 java.version=1.5.0_01 java.vendor=Sun Microsystems Inc.
