Parser Error Message Could Not Load Type 'global'

Parser Error Message: Could not load type 'webmarketing'. I ran through that solution though supposedly I'm doing the same as the solution, yet I'm still facing the parser error could not load type inherits same issue... I know this because I have overridden a bunch of methods to do nothing but throw an exception.
