Cause Software on Hewlett-Packard computers can sometimes create problematic entries in the registry that cause this error. Solution Open the WindowsRundialog box by pressing theWindows+Rkeys (Windows http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02817253 computers) or theCommand+Rkeys (Macs using Parallels or Boot Camp). In theRundialog box, typeregeditin theOpenfield, then clickOK. If you see a dialog box that asks whether you want the Registry Editor to make changes to your computer, clickYesif you wish to proceed.
