Re: Photoshop CS6 Save for Web not working AOTPR Apr 16, 2013 8:46 PM (in response to RaphDuBus) I just started a different thread with this same issue because I couldn't find any similar thread. I noticed you're running 10.7.5; I wonder if that's the conflict, because I do not have the same problem at all on a Macbook Air running 10.8. I only began having it on a different machine, a Macbook running 10.7.5, when I upgraded to CS6 from 5.5. Nev

I tried deleting pref file in save for web but still ain't working. Any help please !! 0 Comments SlickZero Houston, TexasPosts: 2,871Member, Sous Chef August 2013 Just curious, but why are you trying to save as .gif? GameSalad converts everything to .png, so you're better off saving your images as .png's. 2 l2gstar Posts: 19Member August 2013 This img is not for gamesalad but for website 0 VolontaArts Posts: 510Member August 2013 i thought u needed adobe flash player to make gifs 0 KevinCross London, UKPosts: 1,837Member, BASIC August 2013 BurberryArts said:i thought u needed adobe flash player to make gifs GIFs can be exported from most art programs, they're useful for animated images, otherwise PNG would be the one to go with, even for a website. 0 l2gstar Posts: 19Member August 2013 Guys please don't change the main question here. The file could not be found. When attempting to open .psd, .jpg, .gif, and other image files in Adobe ImageReady CS, I'm frequently, sporadically, and without rhyme or reason, getting the following error message: "Could not complete this operation. The file could not be found." This happens with files on my desktop, email attachments, etc. Files that sometimes open without incident other times generate this error message. When I get the error, if I quit and re-launch the application, the previously affected file invariably opens without incident. At some point during the same session, however, I will run into this problem again with a subsequent file, which I am, again, able to open without incident once I quit and relaunch the application. This, however, is an annoying problem to have to deal with multiple times per day, and seems unforgivable in light of the money spent on this CS software. Today, I trashed the entire Adobe CS suite of software, and all associated preference files, etc., did an archive-install of Panther, and reinstalled Adobe CS. Didn't help. Problem still exists. File names for the image files I use are all OK; no spaces, no odd characters, etc. Please help. It seems like I'm the only one having this problem, and I can't get any help.
