Could Not Load Dynamic Library Rendersystem_gl. System Error Rendersystem_gl.so

So I'm trying to build a minimal application from the Practical Application tutorial, just to see if I can get my project going. Here is my code: Code: Select all#include
int main()
{
// declare pointers
Ogre::Root *ogre;
Ogre::RenderWindow *window;
Ogre::SceneManager *sceneMgr;
Ogre::Camera *camera;
// declare ogre root
ogre = new Ogre::Root("","");
// set up resources
Ogre::ResourceGroupManager::getSingleton().addResourceLocation("rsrc", "FileSystem", "General");
ogre->loadPlugin("RenderSystem_GL");
// construct a render window
Ogre::NameValuePairList opts;
opts["resolution"] = "1024x768";
opts["fullscreen"] = "false";
opts["vsync"] = "false";
window = ogre->createRenderWindow("TheWindow", 800, 600, false, &opts);
// construct a scene manager
sceneMgr = ogre->createSceneManager(Ogre::ST_GENERIC);
// construct a camera
camera = sceneMgr->createCamera("camera");
camera->setNearClipDistance(5);
// construct a viewport
Ogre::Viewport* vp = window->addViewport(camera);
vp->setBackgroundColour(Ogre::ColourValue(0,0,0));
camera->setAspectRatio((Ogre::Real)1.333333);
// load the resources
Ogre::ResourceGroupManager::getSingleton().initialiseResourceGroup("General");
// render 10,000 frames
for(int i=1; i < 10000; i++)
{
ogre->renderOneFrame();
}
}
I hope that's not too much Here's the error message:Code: Select all*-*-* OGRE Initialising

After a successful build when i am runnin application i am getting following error: OGRE EXCEPTION(7:InternalErrorException): Could not load dynamic library .\RenderSystem_GL_d. System Error: %1 is not a valid Win32 application. in DynLib::load at ........\OgreMain\src\OgreDynLib.cpp (line 93) Seems to me that there is a mismatch of some 32bit/64bit dlls but reinstalling directx didn't solved the problem. I am new to OGRE, kindly guide me on this and i am using windows 8(64bit) and Microsoft visual C++ 2010 Express. Edit: I tried installing SDK and directly run SampleBrowser (Without using AppWizard) but same error occurred again(build was successful). c++ ogre share|improve this question edited Oct 30 '15 at 7:04 asked Oct 28 '15 at 18:09 wazza 166 closed as off-topic by Josh Petrie♦ Jul 7 at 19:18 This question appears to be off-topic.
