How To Run Dbcc Checkdb
28, 2004 5:30 PM Points: 19, Visits: 1 Hello all,I'm having this message in one of my DB:"Could not open FCB for invalid file ID %d in database '%.*ls'. Table or database may be https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2015747 corrupted." Does any one have one idea in what may cause this problem (something related with UPDATE STATISTICS)?! I'm executing "DBCC CHECKTABLE ('table_name', REPAIR_ALLOW_DATA_LOSS )" to try to fix it. This may work ?!Thanks in advanced.WolfJr. Post #2863 Antares686Antares686 Posted Monday, March 4, 2002 7:59 AM SSCrazy Eights Group: Moderators Last Login: Monday, May 16, 2016 7:45 AM Points: 8,376, Visits: 780 Take a look at the following KB http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/Topic2863-9-1.aspx Article on MS site http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q276041 which is fixed with SP3 on SQL 7. Tell me if it does not apply to you but this may be your answer."Don't roll your eyes at me. I will tape them in place."
