Could Not Get Dependencies For Project Reference Vs 2013

When compiling the solution, the website gives the message:
Could Not Get Dependencies For Project Reference When Publish
Could not get dependencies for project reference 'MyLibrary'. This does not stop the wbsite compiling and running until I try and build it with a TFS build, when this error message fails the build. The error was never going away, no matter what I did to clear the builds and such. I knew those dependencies were in the solution and there were no run-time problems, so I've just ignored the messages. Also this project which does not show up the problem is located on my drive C: at the desktop, while all other projects showing up the problem is located on drive E: definitly something to wonder.
