When the problem

started, I could only run Peachtree on the host computer. The other two workstations gave an error message; in the past I have been able to solve this problem by re-mapping the network drive to the shared Peachtree folder on the host computer. This time, however, mapping the network drive did not work. Under My Network Places, I noticed that from the two workstation computers, I was able to see the Peachtree shared folder, but was unable to open it.I tried reinstalling Peachtree on one of the workstation computers. I was able to uninstall it, but had trouble reinstalling it.I then did a system restore on the host computer. This solved the error message I had been getting. I also noticed that under My Network Places, I was now able to open the shared Peachtree folder. However, I am now getting a different error message. On the workstation computer that still has Peachtree installed, I get this message: "That is not a val

To determine your datapath directory on the workstations and server, refer to Answer ID 21334. First, check the datapath on a Peachtree Workstation where you are receiving the error. If your datapath includes a drive letter and at least one subfolder (for example, DATAPATH=P:\Company), the solutions below do not apply to you. Please refer to Answer ID 19892 to correct file permissions. If your datapath on the workstation is listed as a single drive letter (for example, DATAPATH=P:\), continue with the steps below. Check the datapath specified in the INI file on the server. If your server datapath is located on the root of a local drive, and is only a drive letter, or a drive letter and one folder, (for example, C:\Peachw ), proceed to Section B. Otherwise, read and follow the instructions in Section A. Section A: If the datapath on the server specifies a path on the local drive that includes at least two folder names (for example, E:\Data\Peachtree\Compa

I don't know alot about networking but, on the desktop, I have Peachtree saved as a shared folder so, I am not sure what the problem is.
