This error occurs when I open Photoshop CC, try to open a file, and try to open the performence settings. There is problem with .EPS only, when I am saving how to reset photoshop cs6’s preferences file files as .EPS extension the error occurs. All other extensions are working perfect like .JPG, .PNG, .PSD, .PDF, .TIF, .TIFF, .GIF, .PSB, .BMP, .IFF, .TDI, photoshop could not complete your request because something prevented the text engine .JPS, .MPO, .PCX, .RAW, .PXR, .PBM, .SCT, .TGA, etc. After this error, I was trying many experiments to solve this issue. So first I show you why a program error occurs in photoshop. Why Program Error Arise In Photoshop? There are problem with vector files and other layers that donot save as properly and that's why program error occur in photoshop. In my case, I was using large .png files in my logo and after that I saw a program error in photoshop.
