Faulting application php-cgi.exe, version 5.3.8.0, faulting module 4e537f4b, version unknown, fault address 0x0.0.0.0. Faulting application php-cgi.exe, version 5.3.8.0, faulting module 4e537f4b, version kernel32.dll, fault address 0x6.1.7601.17932. It happens somewhat regularly and causes the server performance to degrade and then finally gets down until we restart IIS as a temporal fix for this

Any other error messages to accompany this one? We were also getting: Application popup: Windows - Application Error : The instruction at 0x014f1f43 referenced memory at 0x7358658a. The memory could not be read. Application popup: php-cgi.exe - Application Error : The exception Integer division by zero. (0xc0000094) occurred in the application at location 0x020b309b. Anyway, we increased the Opcode Cache and the error went went away (but I'm skeptical that is what fixed it.) Which version of Wincache are you using?
