all of a sudden. When I try to start the application I get the following error message. "Critical Error 3,0 Core Engine Unable to Start" I have tried the following to fix the problem 1. complete re-install of the application 2. Clearing the sub-folders in the Microsoft Crypt folder in Documents and Settings. 3. Reinstall of XP service packs This unable to fix the problem. I have also tried other voip applications. Following Follow VoIP Hello I have ran into an error message to which I cannot find an answer for.I am trying to run my Poivy and I keep getting this error message: "Critical Error 3,0 - Unable to start the core engine, the application can critical error not continue" I have been using this program for 3 years and have never had a problem. I have tried installing other voip applications and I continue to get this message. I have written to Poivy several times and I receive no answer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application.I have also ran ran a registry cleaner, done virus check, I have ran chkdsk and sfc and checked to see critical error core that my crytographic services are still running. It doesnt seem to matter what I do, I keep getting this error. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much for your help! Like, if you have array of size 2, only possible indexes are 0 and 1; not 2 which implies an array of size 3 at least... I think it is not the problem in the Unreal's source code but probably the problem is in your code. I had this error when I was trying to get an element from the Array that was not valid but I was not aware of it, you should always do a check before getting something from the Array if you are not sure if it is going to be valid.
