Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message... Response: 220 Microsoft FTP Service Command: USER godaddyftpuser Response: 331 Password required for godaddyftpuser. Command: PASS ************ Response: 530 User godaddyftpuser cannot log in. Error: Critical error Error: Could not connect not connect to to server The web site was working as expected - just no FTP access. To fix this we went into the GoDaddy user account administration window and under the Hosting Control center hosting dashboard we reset the password to the same password that we were using. The Filezilla client was able to connect. Very odd. Will have to keep an eye on this one. This entry was posted in Comment by lincoln. Bookmark the permalink.
