While trying to login getting https://espincorp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/1000211862-whatsup-gold-database-connection-error-800004005- the error database connection error 80004005 Open Microsoft SQL Server management Studio, Log in with sa account, right click on Databases, Restore Database, highlight radio button from From http://forums.iis.net/t/1147247.aspx?Microsoft+JET+Database+Engine+error+80004005+ Device select the exiting WhatsUp database and restore. Provide access to the restored database: expand Security, Logins and right click on NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE and select Properties, database engine select User Mapping, highlight WHATSUP (database for whatsup), highlight db_owner. Ensure the connection exist in OBDC Data Source Administrator: open OBDC Data Source Administrator, log into the database (SERVER\Database), ensure the correct database is selected (WHATSUP) this case, next, finish and test data source. I think might have got the problem becos of ths issue.
