I installed Outlook 2010 and now dell a940 ink get the following message when I try to print from Outlook. Can not load library DLBSPRP.DLL. using defaults. Error:126. I can print from other 2010 application (i.e. Word and Excel) but not from Outlook. I've been on the phone for hours with Dell support and their solution is to un-install & re-install my OS (XP). I really do not want to do this.

Download and run the patch(printer cleanup utility, until it prompts you to restart your computer. Restart your computer. Download the XP drivers. Install the XP drivers. You'll get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at this time(powered on) What happens? I also found THIS ARTICLE. Before I'd reinstall the XP Operating system, if this is a Dell Computer, it may be possible to repair XP, if needed. If it's a Dell computer, I can give you instructions to repair XP. I have a http://01tutorials.com/video/1157503/how-to-remove-a-dell-all-in-one-printer-924/ Dell AIO A940 printer. Dell claims that my printer will not print due to CCleaner use, which somehow turns off my printer spooler (when I access "Services", sure enough the print spooler is turned off as dell a940 well as 2 dependencies files that are needed are turned off), makes my computer believe the printer driver/s are not installed (when I go to reinstall them I am told those files already exist, so - to make sure I click on overwrite and just let it reinstall them) and finally tells me I am missing a particular dll file (when I use "search" I find the file in 2 separate locations dell a940 error and I then type in the address where it is located) and this will make the printer work fine, at least until I run CCleaner again. Does anyone have a clue so this computer novice can get his printer to work again, permanently?? Thanks.
