Go to Solution 4 Comments LVL 3 Overall: Level 3 Message Expert Comment by:Lenney972007-09-04 I found this online. The error message could mean that the .dll file you referenced either is missing, corrupt, or improperly registered. Do a global search of all files on your computer to see if you have it. If you do, re-register it with this command run from the Run box on your Start menu (close all running programs first): regsvr32 DLBAPRP.DLL or try 1. Delete printer icon 2. Click on file Menu and select Server properties 3. Click on Drivers Tab and highlight drivers of your current printer 4. Click close 5. Disconnect printer and reconnect 6. It will install drivers automatically (if not install printer drivers) 7. You will be able to print 8. Enjoy see if it works for you 0 LVL 65 Overall: Level 65 MS Office 8 MS Applications 6 Message Expert Comment by:SheharyaarSaahil2007-09-05 Error message when you try to print or save a document in OneNote 2007 or in Word 2007: "Prop Res DLL not loaded" or "Cannot load Library DLBAPRP.dll" http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918730 0 Message Author Comment by:motula

Printer will not print Started by bill.hart126 , Oct 02 2008 01:27 AM Please log in to reply 8 replies to this topic #1 OFFLINE bill.hart126 bill.hart126 Newbie Members 1 posts Posted 02 October 2008 - 01:27 AM My O.S. is Windows XP PRO. I have a Dell AIO A940 printer. Dell claims that my printer will not print due to CCleaner use, which somehow turns off my printer spooler (when I access "Services", sure enough the print spooler is turned off as well as 2 dependencies files that are needed are turned off), makes my computer believe the printer driver/s are not installed (when I go to reinstall them I am told those files already exist, so - to make sure I click on overwrite and just let it reinstall them) and finally tells me I am missing a particular dll file (when I use "search" I find the file in 2 separate locations and I then type in the address where it is located) and this will make the printer work fine, at least until I run CCleaner again. Does anyone have a clue so this computer novice can get his printer to work again, permanently?? Thanks. Another user is having trouble with a Dell printer over here: http://forum.pirifor...showtopic=18103Are you using the registry cleaner in CC? Or just the file cleaner? So the spooler service is ending after running CC?
