It happens on both receivers and the channels affected are the same on both. I can restore these channels by doing a channel up - channel down, a couple of times - but it's really messing up my recordings, and cutting off some because the channels often cut out once the recording starts, or the DVR never starts because of the signal loss. Was you using the up and down button, or entering channels directly? My 211K locked up 5 times in the the first 2 weeks. It always seemed to be changing channels with the down button that caused it but i can't say for sure. I got in touch with Dish, got it replaced. Been several weeks now and only 1 lockup and it was soon after I attached a hard drive and had the dvr function turned on. None since.
