Trending Now Answers Relevance Rating Newest Oldest Best Answer: OK, my guess is you dish network error code 11-11-25 probably have a dual tuner. Disconnecting from the AC for a minute is good advice. However, before doing that, on error 502 you should get an "OK" option. Press select and this should take you to the "installation summary screen." Next, press "test" and let it run the check switch. Hopefully when it's done you will have green OKs across the board. Cancel out to programming. If this does not work, go for the Hard Reset. i.e. disconnect the power from all receivers in the house. After disconnecting the power, re-establish the satellite in connections on the back of your receivers. You do this by disconnecting the coax cables that are plugged into "sat in" for 30 seconds. Then plug all "sat in" connections back in. Then plug all power back in. Wait for systems to come back on by themselves. Cross your fingers. Nothing had changed on my setup, so don't know where it came from. Tried a soft reboot and a hard reboot. No luck. Tried unplugging the connections then running check switch and then plugging back in, tried switching the connections. Only one input is working on all three sats, the other only brings in one. So I can watch 1 sat program only or a sat and OTA but not two sat programs at once. Any suggestions on what to do or what is wrong? Never had any problems before with this. Sometimes a complete power down helps reset everything. If you don't have an external switch (like the DPP44) it will probably be easier to unplug bot

Previously had Comcast cable and had the whole house wired with coax cords no problems.Tech came out to setup dish network the dish and also a brand new pvr522 dual tuner. He started having problems running the cables from the very begginning. Said he figured that the cables were not a separate lines and that he believed there was a splitter. A second tech had to come out to help him and they found that they had some fault satellite splitter that the figured was the problem. Got resolved and they left.I tried using my satellite TV upstairs dish network error and downstairs with the satellite and picture came in no problem but started going out as I changed channels and I got "lost connection with satellite" and then "Error 5xx: error at the switch".I called Dish and they had me go through some resets on the 522pvr and it resolved the problem for a while but then it came back and I tried to turn the unit off and turn it back on, now the unit keeps rebooting itself when I try to turn it on and has that same error. I can't turn the unit on correctly and Dish said it won't be until 3-4 days later until they can send someone out to check it out again.Connection goes something as follow for coax wiring in the house. Originally built brand new house with 3 connections. One in the living room, the master bedroom and one in the office room. (4 bedroom house) I had comcast run two more wires when I hooked up cable and they ran two wires to the other two rooms. (5 connections total). Why am I getting the lost satellite connection and the error at switch? any ideas what's going on? the techs were clueless when they came out to set it up and i'm not sure they will have any clue what's going on even if they come back. · actions
