We http://forums.msexchange.org/Error_(0x8004011D)_The_server_is_not_available/m_30795900/tm.htm have outlook 2010 with exchange 2010. All users bar one seem to be fine. This particular user had this problem with their old laptop and we could not track down the issue so put it down to the battered laptop and purchased a new one. The issue has returned and seems to be related to the fact we are using 2 exchange accounts on the same outlook profile. https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/312804-outlook-2010-sending-error-0x8004011d These are 2 seperate users and both have full access to eachother. They are both on the same exchange server. we have tried different settings with Outlook Anywhere, connecting over HTTP first on both fast and slow connections. Our authencation is basic and with Account settings > Exchange account > More Settings > Security I have turned off the encryption between exchange and outlook Please help. Contact your administrator if this exchange reported error condition persists.'It is only on this one machine. I can log in with the accounts on any other machine. I can log in with Outlook Web Access from the problem machine. I am able to ping the exchange server from the problem machine by ip address and FQDN. I can ping the workstation from the server. I have tried reinstalling Office to no avail. Any suggestions you may have would be much appreciated.
