2010 with exchange 2010. All users bar one seem to be fine. This particular user had this

problem with their old laptop and we could not track down the issue so put it down to the battered laptop and purchased a new one. The microsoft outlook 2013 error 0x8004011d issue has returned and seems to be related to the fact we are using 2 exchange accounts on the same outlook profile. These are 2 seperate users and both have full access to eachother. Our authencation is basic and with Account settings > Exchange account > More Settings > Security I have turned off the encryption between exchange and outlook Please help.
