I even tried directing Outlook to the ip instead of the server name. it is strange, since this is only one machine, and on all logins on the machine, it does it. Join Now Really random issue that we are having trouble tracking down the route cause. We have outlook 2010 with exchange 2010. All users bar one seem to be fine. This particular user had this problem with their old laptop and we could not track down the issue so put it down to the battered laptop and purchased a new one. The issue has returned and seems to be related to the fact we are using 2 exchange accounts on the same outlook profile. These are 2 seperate users and both have full access to eachother. They are both on the same exchange server. we have tried different settings with Outlook Anywhere, connecting over HTTP first on both fast and slow connections. Our authencation is basic and with Account settings > Exchange account > More Settings > Security I have turned off the encryption between exchange and outlook Please help.
