My lab environment is 2 controllers, 2 storefronts and 2 application servers (XenDesktop 7.1 app) All servers are running on VMware and on same vlan. The server I am installing VDA on is an application server, and I am adding the controller manually. I get the error against both controllers. All Prerequisites is installed on server. There are no error logs in event viewer on controllers or app server Any sugestions ? 1316-348874-1801526 Back to top Carl Stalhood CTP Member #2 Carl Stalhood 9,901 posts Posted 06 March 2014 - 12:37 PM On the VDA machine, can you telnet to the Controller on port 80? That's the default registration port. Also, the Controller will initiate a new connection to the VDA machine on port 80 (by default). If your VDA machine has something installed that is already listening on port 80 then there might be a port conflict. 1316-348874-1801531 Back to top Heinz Høyland Members #3 Heinz Høyland 12 posts Posted 06 March 2014 - 12:49 PM Yes i can telnet to controller on por| Address Book | Member List | Search | FAQ | Ticket List | Log Out Citrix ICA client timeout errors Users viewing this topic: none Logged in as: Guest Tree http://forums.isaserver.org/Citrix_ICA_client_timeout_errors/m_2002025969/tm.htm Style Printable Version All Forums >> [ISA Server 2004 Cache] >> Web Proxy client https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/191143 >> Citrix ICA client timeout errors Page: [1] Login Message << Older Topic Newer Topic >> Citrix ICA client timeout errors - 4.Sep.2006 12:58:06 PM dresch26 Posts: 1 Joined: 4.Sep.2006 Status: offline Hi All I am having problems connecting to a Citrix Access Gateway through an ISA 2004 server. I have tested the connection error 10060 from a client machine that is not connected to the proxy (ISA Server) and I am able to connect right through. When I connect to the website through port 443 I am prompted to login to the site. After getting through I am prompted that a secure connection has been made. At this point I am redirected to a 10.x.x.x address which I assuming is theinternal server. When loading the page connection timed out it eventually Times-out with Error Code 10060 from my proxy. I have opened ports 1494, 2598 & 1604. I followed the link below to no avail for opening the ports. http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX104998&searchID=28476743 Within ISA logging I see that when trying to connect the rule to which I have applied this has failed. Other times I have the rule as being allowed, but the same result as when it fails. I have read that I should increase the time-out although I cannot seem to find this. As well the time-out seems to happen after approx 35 seconds. Technical Information (for support personnel) Error Code 10060: Connection timeout Background: The gateway could not receive a timely response from the website you are trying to access. This might indicate that the network is congested, or that the website is experiencing technical difficulties. Date: 9/4/2006 10:46:12 AM Server: proxy01 Source: Firewall Lastly, we are using Citrix NFuse Client to connect to other servers through the proxy without a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
