Re: Need help to install Reader -- Error 1311 2shadowgirl22 Mar 9, 2016 8:19 AM (in response to suebeecron) I'm having same issue. As you, have used many times, with paid subscription to Adobe Export PDF for over 2 yrs. Can't open NEW pdf files now. My acct info is current, so are my pdf files, the issue is with new-ones. Tried removing/re-loading Adobe Reader DC, even repairing with Windows, but got "fatal error during installation" while doing so. Chatted session with Adobe not much help. Were you able to resolve? Don't know what else to try. Thanks,RB Like Show 0 Likes(0) Actions Go to original post Actions More Like This Retrieving data ... Legend Correct Answers - 10 points © 2016 Adobe Systems Incorporated.
