If this does not work, try this: In start > Run, type: Regedit and press Enter Locate this registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Office -> 14.0 -> Delivery You should have this key 90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9 Click on it and (at the right of your screen), right clik on CDCache key, and type 0 as new value Hope it helps. The file must be corrupt or defective, but it doesn't show anything weird. If it is a copy it probably won't work and give an error like that. If its the orginal, try cleaning the back, if that doesn't work buy a new CD because there is something wrong with the CD. do not to of Ryan Reply With Quote 08-19, 12:53 AM #3 Error 1311 I keep getting this message when i try to set up Office Xp small business ERROR 1311, SOURCE FILE NOT FOUND OFFICE1.CAB Can any help??
