I downloaded SPSSS_IPIMN_64_BIT_23MWT and also SPSSCT_64B_23.0_MW_ML and open the second file to find IBM SPSS Statistics 23 and install. and after agreeing couple stuff when it actually starts installing this error message would pop up Error 1311.Source file not found: C:\Users...\Appdata\Local\Temp\Temp1_SPSSSCT_64B_23.0_MW_ML.zip\Bas.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. Just to confirm you said you downloaded the install files vs. installing from a CD, is that correct? If you downloaded the install was it in the form of a zip file? Verify error 1311 that the file exists and that you can access it." Cause This is most likely caused by the CDRom or DVDRom drive having a problem reading the CD content. Resolving the problem The workaround for this issue is to copy all source file not of the files from the installation CD's to a temporary directory on the target machine and do the installation from the temp directory by clicking on the root setup.exe file. The user will need to copy all of the files from both installation CD's to the temporary directory. There are common folder names on each of the CD's but the files within those folders are distinct so no files from CD1 will be overwritten by CD2.
