I got the same error 1st time. I suspected google chrome corrupting the download files and used mozilla to download (since it does not have any word processing software. hopefully, it wont do such a thing). It installed without any erros.Salman Amoodi( 2015-03-28 03:04:28 +0200 )editadd a comment 6 answers Sort by » oldest newest most

"Error 1335, cabinet file libreoffice1.cab is corrupt" is the message I error 1335 got 'Retry' and 'ignore' didn't work, so I had to cancel out. Unfortunately it also eliminated my previous version of Libre Office and now I have no program to open my existing documents. Help would be greatly appreciated. I can't understand why this happened or how to fix it. My computer knowledge is fairly limited. From what cabinet file required I can tell, I don't seem to have any Libre Office files anymore.
