Grub error 17 is kind of scary because you don't even see your grub menu in this case and grub error 15 is very frustrating because it shows the grub menu but comes back to same error over and over again. I was also terrified of these error because once you get these error you can't use your system, you can't access the net and that's is just not cool.is it ? J'ai laissé s'installer le gestionnaire d'amorçage Grub sur le MBR du disque n°1 (sda) celui qui contient Windows. Et voilà, ça ne boot plus! grub error 17 Grub renvoie une erreur 17 ??? Je sais que je peux réparer le MBR avec fixmbr en démarrant depuis le CD d'install de Windows, mais ce n'est pas ce que je souhaite. Je voudrais faire un dual boot entre Windows XP et Linux. Essaie dans un premier temps de relancer le CD d'install de Mandriva et de réparer le bootloader, normalement au boot du CD tu as un mode "Rescue" (au un truc du genre), avec lequel tu peux réinstaller le bootloader... C'est peut-être ça le pb
