Error 404 Not Found From 192.168 3.2

The rails app has 3 engines and one of them is authentify which is for user authentication. The main app's root pointing to authentify's signin page. Here is the routes.rb in main app: root :to => "authentify::sessions#new" match '/signin', :to => 'authentify::sessions#new' match '/signout', :to => 'authentify::sessions#destroy' match '/user_menus', :to => 'user_menus#index' match '/view_handler', :to => 'authentify::application#view_handler' The app is deployed to base uri nbhy running on ubuntu 12.04 with passenger and nginx. On the same server, there is another rails app running in its own sub uri. I am also seeing the same with the experimental 1.8.0~dev~git20150725.210247.0.a2ea8f2-0~stretch build. It seems that the fallback to checking for v1 is not working.
