The connection has timed out How do I fix this? Solution: When a client searches for a published web page but cannot find it, the resulting web page displayed will let https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/288123 you know that the page ‘cannot be found’. There may be a few reasons why the client is having problems seeing this web page. Make sure the Web Server is enabled. For more help with this topic, see LabVIEW 2010 Help: Enabling the Application Web Server for Web Services. The client needs to have the same LabVIEW Run-Time Engine as the server. Check to http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/7023359DE2FFEF7A862572B8007A6126 make sure that client and server have the same LabVIEW Run-Time Engines. You can check the version installed in Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) under My System»Software in the Configuration Tree. Check the extension of the published web page. In LabVIEW 7.1 and prior, web pages were published with an extension of .htm. In LabVIEW 8.0 and later, web pages have the extension of .html. See if the webpage can be viewed on the server machine (that is, enter the web address in Internet Explorer, Firefox, or another browser and see if the web page is successfully found.) If the server machine cannot access the webpage, you may try recreating it with the Web Publishing Tool. If the server can see the web page, check if all clients are having a problem viewing the web page or just one client. This will help narrow down if the problem is on the server or client side. If all clients are having problems, then the server most likely needs debugging. If only one client is having a problem, than that client most likely needs debugging. See if the client can ping the server

The user's PC does not have Network connection. Ask the user to access other sites to make sure his PC is in the Network. If he cannot access any sites, chances are his PC is having some issues. 3. The user's PC is not able to resolve names (DNS) It is possible that the user's PC is unable to resolve any names due to DNS issues. Have the user execute "nslookup
