If you received this email error 554 error message in your inbox, it means that you tried to send someone at AOL an email message, error 554 outlook and AOL rejected the connection from your mail server because your mail server's IP address has sent a great deal objectionable content such as spam to AOL. get this far, you need to send AOL a large amount of spam and other objectionable material about which AOL users have complained. This is a "permanent" block, which means it's going to take some time and serious effort to resolve the problem. Solution: Locate accounts that are sending spam via your mail server's IP address, and shut them down. You probably have more than one of these. What else can I try? The IP for the sending server that is bouncing is found in the following. +AFs-65.54.190.205+AF0-:19867 is 550 in an RBL, see +ACI We checked the whois and IP reputation for 65.54.190.205. We got the following results. http://www.mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a65.54.190.205 http://www.senderbase.org/senderbase_queries/detailip?search_string=66.117.14.157 If you are getting the same bounce, this will need to be reported to Microsoft Hotmail as they have a blacklisted Mail IP
