After reset my password by AT&T DSL tech support, I can't get connected through the bridge mode.My computer is on Windows XP. When I start the "broadband connection" with login ID and password (connecting through WAN miniport PPPOE), always got an error message:"Error 676: The phone line is busy".I tested on two computers, directly wired to the 2wire box. Same result. Talked to ATT tier-2, even reset the modem twice. No lock. AT&T didn't know what's wrong.Any idea? Thanks! · actions · 2010-May-30 1:13 am · (locked) wayjacMVMjoin:2001-12-22Indy wayjac MVM 2010-May-30 12:45 pm I would configure the 2wire to make the pppoe connection, the 2wire log will show what's going on with the pppoe connection · actions · 2010-May-30 12:45 pm · (locked) Mondo3join:2010-05-30Roseville, CA Mondo3 Member 2010-May-30 1:40 pm Thanks for the suggestion.
