What do I do about error code 13?Hit the reset button or turn it off at the breaker and back on to power cycle it. But know that will trigger code 11, no previous code.At least then I’ll know why that code came up, due to the power interruption. But if that brings it up while changing the code to 33, the real reason it is failing is because it cycles due to lack of air.Or the control board is acting up.Try changing the air filter or checking that the ducts aren’t crimped. If it alternates between code 13 and code 33 even after the filter is changed, push the red button by the safety sensor above the burners and see if it comes up.In short, make sure it can breathe. If the furnace lights up then, t

The first digit is the number of short flashes, the second digit is the number of long flashes. 13 is limit circuit lockout, in which case your furnace would try and restart after 3 hours. The limit circuit is there to protect the furnace from overheating if there is insufficient airflow through the heat exchanger taking the heat away from the furnace and pushing it into your ductwork. If this is the code then look for plugged air filters, blocked discharge vents, etc. 31 is the pressure switch didn't close or reopened. This pressure switch is in your furnace to monitor the combusti
