Now, my circuit board had another panel over it. This is the same panel where the led light flashes at. I took two screws off and, Behold! the circuit board. Now my fuse actually wasn't a 3 amp or 5 amp but a 4 amp. So I took the 4 amp fuse out slowly, without hurting the board, and then added my new 5 amp
