a progrm or movie before the end when I go bck to use on demand it NEVER works!!! I get one of 2 messages E3602 or E1003. I have done power cycling on the box numerous times...It takes forever to come back with on demand - about a month or so ago someone even came out and replaced the box- I'm still having problems!! Friday night I want to rent a movie and it woudn't work- did a power cycle waited 1

hour still didn't work- called customer service- they sent a strong signal to the box and said it would take 1 hour to com up- went to bed - next day it was working (saturday) Today I started watching a movie on demand and had to stop it mid way. an hour later try to use on demand to finish watchin, It's not working AGAIN and I get the same to error msgs depending on how I go to on demand - I am so sick of these issues!! It used to work fine and seems lately it is awful- Is this due to the digital conversion? I am soooo frustrated - I have an appt for Thurs pm but i'm sick of paying for a service that doesn't work.....What is the deal? If the technician is not able to resolve this then I can definitely get this escalated to the area management to assist as well.
