an did not work. I spoke to customer service and they sent a signal to the box. It took almost 5 minutes but the signal they sent worked. Sometimes the reset works. Not all the time. I am finally going to have a tech come out to the house. I think there must be a loose connection somewhere. It doesn't make sense that the tv works and the tv listing. Just the on demand doesn't work. Very frustrating. I now have Comcast on speed dial and have memorized my serial number.
