Eventually i got the sky to turn on but now i can't record, set reminder, pause, rewind etc and anytime is gone. I also can't access my recorded programs. When i click on it a message comes up saying, A sky+ error has occured press select to restart etc but when i press select it just turns off and doesn't come back on and i have to start all over again. I did this and it took ages for the box to let me switch it on again, but when I did manage to switch it on I tried to access the planner and it would not let me and I got the message, A Sky+ error occurred Press Select to restart or backup to continue without Sky+ functionality. It will not let us record anything, as if we try we get the same message as above. I have also noticed the Anytime (red button) option has completely gone and not available, as the planner (green button) option is there but not able to be used. I have tried a planner rebuild (twice) so I am guessing that it is a hard drive problem and I will need a new box. It is annoying that I have lost the programmes recorded, but not a lot I can do about that now If this is the case, could I take advantage of the new deal that Sky are offering with the free HD box for existing customers. The thing is I already have Sky Movies as part of my package, so can I still get a free HD box if
