I ordered it preflashed and want to make sure it is before trying it on my error DSi, is there a way to check to see if it is updated to help fix the error? I'm still very new to these carts but acekard 2i 3ds error has occurred have been using the r4i gold 3ds for a little while and am using wood firmware, acekard an error has occurred press and hold the power the AceKard is different as I have read a little and want to make sure I get the right firmware for it to try and acekard error has occurred dsi fix my DSi error. I have a brand new 16gb Samsung micro that I will have ready to install whatever I need to get started. HOPEICAN, Jul 12, 2012 #1 funguy New Member You will have to try it out nintendo dsi an error has occurred fix on your DSi to find out, as long as you have a system (DS/Lite, DSi or 3DS) that the acekard operates on then you can update it. funguy, Jul 12, 2012 #2 HOPEICAN New Member I tried the AceKard as is out of box without the TF in a DSL and it came up as 'Deep Labyrinth Digital Bros' I then downloaded Akaio 1.89 and installed it in the new formated TF and tried it again in the DSL and it loaded

the Akaio menu, I didn't have any roms on it but should work. Since it loaded fine the DSL I then tried it on the DSi with the 'An error has occured' problem and was not able to get rid of the error. I am now convinced the DSi needs something other than a flashcart to get rid of the error, unless I am again doing something wrong. This DSi gets the error message with any app. selection with or without a cartridge. It is doing the same as this one on utube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vlln-6ZFBtM you may have to copy and paste. I even tried to update the AceKard in the DSL just to be sure it was updated and it didn't change from 'Deep Labyrinth'. Doing it still did not change the error. Is this type of error something new that no one else has experienced? HOPEICAN, Jul 13, 2012 #3 funguy New Member You need the firmware update option here http://www.acekard.com/download.php Run the update on your DSLite. EDIT: You will have 2 update files, so use the update ending nds because you are using a DSLite to upgrade your acekard funguy, Jul 13, 2012 #4 HOPEICAN New Member I can use either the DS Lite or a working DSi with 1.2 to run the update. I used the DSL already to update using the DSL file and still get the error on the non working(errored)DSi. HOPEICAN, Jul 13, 2012 #5 funguy New

Except when I boot up the DS and click the Acekard profile, it says "please restart DS System and read the troubleshooting menu"... Any help?? Thank you! dukeidude, Apr 5, 2010 #1 waytoobig Regular member Joined: Nov 14, 2006 Messages: 110 Likes error has Received: 0 Trophy Points: 26 If your Dsi has firmware of 1.4 then the acekard has been blocked with this firmware and will give an error, but your acekard will work on all other DS systems and DSi's of firmware 1.3 and lower still. To fix this you need to update the actual acekards firmware (different to Akaio RC2 software you copy to your SD error has occurred card)so you must find someone with a DS/DSlite or DSi with firmware 1.3 to run the update file. There are 2 files in the download each file is for whatever DS system you will run the update from, (One for DS/Lite andf one for A dsi 1.3 or lower) so whatever DS you manage to get hold of use the corresponding update file. Copy that file to the SD cards root directory (you should of alredy done the akaio bit)... load the card on the borrowed DS and run the that update file (make sure you dont interupt the update and have a full battery when doing it, it will only take a minute but you dont want it stopping half way) This file is not on acekards website as it has some copyrightable infomation within it, (which actually fools the DSi into thinking its a guinine game, "Danny Phantom") http://www.4shared.com/file/216759137/49...pdate14new.html There are more detailed guides online just search for "DSI 1.4 firmware fix for acekard" or "Danny Phantom Acekard fix" if this isnt detailed enough for you. waytoobig, Apr 5, 2010 #2 dukeidude Regular member Joined: Nov 18, 2006 Messages: 264 Likes
