Optus Internal Server Error
of 5 (1,736 Views) Cannot log into My Account. Tells me my username and/or password is incorrect. They are not. However I attempted to reset the password. It asked me for my username, which I enter and then click "Continue". Nothing happens. The "Continue button greys out (becomes unclickable) and nothing happens. No message, no hourglass, optus my account app not working nothing.
