We have recentlyrecently upgraded our netscaler from version 10to Netscaler 11 and most staff have upgraded Citrix receiver to version6 on there iPads. Now what happens whenever an iPad user connects to citrix it works initially. They can connect and open all the published apps.However as soon as they disconnect, logoff, or put the iPad into sleep mode they then when reconnecting get error message "An error has occurred while connecting. Check your server address and network connection. At that stage they cannot logon no matter what

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
