Error Locating Security Device

It is compatible with all Windows operating systems from Windows 95 up to and including Windows 2000 and Windows XP. To ensure that the driver is installed correctly, you must read and follow the instructions below: To download the latest hasp driver, click here, or here, and run. (If you get a windows security warning, select run again) then click OK, and UNZIP, and OK, and CLOSE winzip. Remove the dongle from the computer. Click on the START button, and RUN. At the prompt, type c:\HASP and press enter. There will be a prompt saying that it was uninstalled successfully. Click OK. The next prompt will say the operation was completed successfully. Click OK Reboot the computer when it is finished. Replace the dongle when the computer has rebooted. Check the Device Manager to ensure that the dongle is recognized by the computer. This is caused by the orange security key (Dongle) not being in error locating the computer either upon program launch or while working in the program, it was removed. Every so often this also occurs when the dongle is not functioning correctly. Solution: First make error locating security sure the dongle is working- this is done by ensuring the small green light on the end of the dongle is a solid green. Have the customer close the program after saving their image, and then remove the dongle. Ask the customer to insert the dongle into the same drive. If the customer receives a pop up showing the removal drive, commonly the (F) drive, the dongle is working. If the dongle is working, restart the program and notify us if the error occurs. I loaded a dxf file, converted it to curves, and when I start deleting the curves I don't want, I get the error...ERROR LOCATING SECURITY DEVICE: 4292967295Please write down error number.PRESS OK FOR HELP.If I press OK, it says "Please replace security device".I don't have a security device - I never have. How do I fix this? Comments SandyMcC January 2013 That says KNK Studio isn't finding the correct license files. Do you have a dongle or the the dongle-less version?
