May 2010 - 02:23 AM Login to Reply 6 replies to this topic Matthew Mileham Members #1 Matthew Mileham 2 posts Posted 18 May 2010 - 02:23 AM Hi I wonder if anyone has had this error and knows how to fix it ...Hardware IBM ServerIBM SAN DS3400 Qlogic HBA: QLE2462SAN setup Raid 5 set with 3 x 300gb SAS Drives Raid 5 set buffer i o error on device sdb1 logical block with 6 x 1TB SATA Drives I have to VM's both of them are Centos 5.3 and the one using the SAS LUN works fine ...but the other using the SATA LUN's fails and remounts the file system as read only ... this only happens when I'm busy coping data to it ..its very random it can fail at 50gb or 200gb ...
