In event viewer. My comp: Asus P5N-D 750i Nvidia chipset, C2D e8400, EVGA GTX 460 1024 SC EE 258.96 driver, 4 gigs ddr2 800, X-Fi Titanium, OCZ GameXStream 600W, and XP 32 bit sp3. No overclocking. I got my 460 GTX in late August '10 and, when playing SC2, soon saw this error accompanied by an Nvidia infinite loop error and a Windows blue screen error. After doing some research I updated my motherboard bios and the problem disappeared... until the first time I tried out SC2 with the new 1.1.2 patch. I monitor my vid card with EVGA Precision and temps are ok: under 80C when playing SC2. When the freeze happens (usually after ~10 minutes of running an SC2 map/replay), SC2 freezes for 10 seconds or so then an error box pops up saying that the Nvidia driver has failed... if I press ok I am returned to the desktop at minimum resolution and garbled colors and see that SC2 is still running. If I try to close the SC2 process in any way the comp freezes for an indeterminate amount of time. However, if I leave SC2 alone I can access other programs... what I see in Precision is that memory usage and GPU usage are through the roof, literally: GPU usage shows as 4294967296 % and memory usage is 4194304 MB!!!
