I posted it to HP forum and their advice was: disable rescan service, which takes care about replacing possible deffective disks, it may be corrected in a next version of RAID driver. The service error on device is called HP Array Rescan Service - try to find IBM related service... So I did it and system log is now clear. The server works well of course. Did you try some IBM forums?
