Bad hard ware? I ran a mem scan, and it was fine after running 19 full test. I don't have logs because the system repeat the same mistake. I attached photos of the error and I don't know with precision the affected package. He said he can't make it play. So i tried installing libdvdcss2 following wiki instructions. When i open the dvd nautilus i get this error.
