In order to be able to open this model on my computer, I went to"Control panel"->"Regional and Language Options"->"Regional Options" and"Control panel"->"Regional and Language Options"->"Advanced"and changed the locale to 'Chinese(PRC)'.However, when I try to open the model now, I receive the following error message.
