I have captured both the 100Mb system partition and the partition with my image on it into two separate .wim files. And I am attempting to deploy both images back to a freshly formatted hard drive. The problem is that after the provisioning template wipe all the volumes and partitions on the machine, it fails when trying to deploy the image. The error is this:action index=57540 type=Deploy_imageFAILEDerror:[80001803H]The action failed.Execute result:return:2output:and in the command prompt it says this:Error setting temp path: [C:\].The system cannot find the path specified.the only thing i have really found that pertains to deployment and this error code is that it could be that my WinPE image doesn't have the right driver for the disk. But this is a standard (very common) WD Blue Caviar hard drive. And besides, I have run diskpart.exe from WinPE and it is seeing the drive. And my WinPE image appears to have every frickin driver in the universe on it.I am not even sure that I am supposed to be capturing and deploying both .wim files but I have not found any solid documentation on these forums with instruction

For example Chrome Portable shows this error on execution: NSIS Error Error writing temporary file. Make sure your temp folder is valid Many other applications just show a Windows error reporting on execution. error setting temp Fortunately I had created a Norton Ghost image from the C drive four months ago (when I had absolutely no problem), but after a successful Windows restore, the problem is still the same! Google Chrome is still showing the error above and the other programs still can't be executed. I searched whole internet for the reason. Most say it's a problem with the %Temp% folder permissions. I took ownership of the folder, set Temp folder owner to "Administrator or the current user", full access for "Admin" and "current user" and "Users" profile, but still it's the same! I have also done these to C:\windows\Temp folder. I even cant execute "Process Monitor" to monitor the problem! I even changed both %Temp% and C:\windows\Temp folders paths to c:\Temp but the problem is the same. It seems many programs can't write files in Temp folder, but I see "Firefox Portable" can do that! Specs: Win 7 32bit Ultimate SP1 I installed a new fresh windows 7 yesterday, but the problem is still there! i found something interesting: If i move Chrome Portable directory to upper roots of F drive, the program will start normally!! it seemes that windows has problems with specific paths, for example most
in IguanaTex, I get the error message: Could not start process: 'latex -interaction=batchmode "addin_tmp.tex"'. GetLastError returned 0. A: This problem occurs when IguanaTex is unable to locate LaTeX in order to compile your Latex file. To verify that this is indeed the problem, click on Start, then on Run, then type cmd and press Enter. In the new window type latex and press Enter. You should see the Latex command prompt. If instead you receive an error message such as 'latex' is not recognized as an internal or external command, then there is a problem with your installation of LaTeX. Verify that you have LaTeX installed and that the version you are using is still supported by its developers. Reinstalling the latest version if necessary should resolve most problems. On Windows, the most common LaTeX installations are MikTex and TeX Live. Q: When pressing the Generate button in IguanaTex, I get the error message: Run-time error '-2147024809 (80070057)': The specified file wasn't found. A: This problem is usually caused when the program dvipng, or other MikTex/TexLive components, are not installed correctly. dvipng is usually installed with MikTex/TexLive, but some 'minimal' or 'custom' MikTex/TexLive installation options do not include it. To verify that this is the problem, generate the above error message and then check the contents of the temporary directory which you specified when installing IguanaTex. If dvipng or some of its component packages are missing, you will see a tex file containing your LaTeX code, and a dvi file, but no png file. There are three ways to solve this problem: Some users have been able to install the missing packages by clicking on the Debug checkbox in the IguanaTex window. This then allowed MikTex/TexLive to pop-up the install window and install any m
