We'd love to hear about it! Click here to go to the product suggestion community "On-Access Scanning: Disabled"; All buttons Greyed-out; Endpoint Security and Control Anti-Virus I'm running vers. 10.6, which updates successfully. The only two buttons that aren't greyed-out are the "View Updating Log" & "Configure Updating". We need On-access scanning to be enabled. Thanks! Cancel QC 0 20 May 2016 4:09 PM Hello William Winford, if the layout of the GUI is "complete" (as on the other endpoints) this suggests that the Sophos Anti-Virus Service (SavService.exe) is not running. If it isn't it likely fails to start. The Windows Event log should have some details. When the service fails to start because it encounters some error there should be a log with Startup in its name in one of the usual places (temp or ProgramData). Christian WilliamWinford 0 20 May 2016 5:42 PM In reply to QC: In Windows Event log, there are three separate errors, I will list them below. When attempting to start services for Sophos Anti Virus, it threw an error. 1.) Error when calling BeginProcessing on ComponentManager. 2.) Exception caught in CInfrastructureModule::PreMessageLoop. 3.) E_FAILURE.CManager::BeginProcessing in the ComponentManager component encountered a catastrophic error that it could not recover from. Thanks jak 0 20 May 2016 9:49 PM In reply to WilliamWinford: The savservice startup log might also be interesting. It goes to the tmp dir of localservice, i.eC:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Temp\ Are you also able to provide an export of: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sophos\SAVService Regards, jak Sophos Footer T&Cs Help Cookie Info Contact Support © 1997 - 2016 Sophos Ltd. gereid Hello, lets https://bukkit.org/threads/error-when-calling-method-from-another-class.127226/ have a look on this code: Code:java public void item() {Location loc;loc = new Location( Bukkit.getServer().getWorld(plugin.getConfig().getString("Loc.world")),plugin.getConfig().getDouble("Loc.x"),plugin.getConfig().getDouble("Loc.y"),plugin.getConfig().getDouble("Loc.z")); Block b = World.getBlockAt(loc); // The method getBlockAt(Location) is undefined for the type WorldSign s = (Sign) b;s.setLine(1, "Your e");} it should get cordinates from error when config, and change text on sign, but unfortunatelly getBlockAt refuses to work... if anybody know why, i would be gratefull. Thanks in advance gereid, 3, 2013 #1 Offline tehbeard My BukkitDev ProfileMy Plugins (5) Because you are calling it as if error when calling it's a static method, when it is not. Perhaps you meant to do loc.getWorld().getBlockAt(loc) tehbeard, 3, 2013 #2 Offline chasechocolate My BukkitDev ProfileMy Plugins (4) World is not static (at least with what you are trying to do). Do what tehbeard said. Code:java Block block = loc.getWorld().getBlockAt(loc); chasechocolate, 3, 2013 #3 Offline gereid i would never get to this point alone.. Thanks! anyway, i would like to run this piece of code as thread, so my sign is updated every few seconds, but it gives me error: 00:38:25 [SEVERE] Exception in thread "pool-1-thread-189" 00:38:26 [SEVERE] org.apache.commons.lang.UnhandledException: Plugin sgwall vr01 generated an exception while executing task 427 at org.bukkit.craftbukkit.v1_4_R1.scheduler.CraftAsyncTask.run(CraftAsyn cTask.java:56) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker(Unknown Source) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.run(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source) Caused by: java.la
